Alma Redux

A new twist on a favorite project with some exciting new materials! We started by looking at and talking about around a million (12?) Alma Woodsey Thomas paintings. They're all so good!

Last year we made them with torn paper, but this year, we tried some cutting, and used the purest of pigments - Behr paint chips from Fresh Artists!

Pre-Kindergartners carefully selected colors from our paint chip kit, cut them into strips then shapes.
